FAQs – User Support
At morningpapers we pride ourselves on our User Support.
If you need to talk to a real person directly – call +44 (0)207 993 2435.
Unless we are really busy, you will, during our office hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm, get through to a real person ready to help with your
query. Leave a message if you don’t and we will get right back to you.
Out of hours – we will probably be able to take your call straight away, but, if not, leave a message and a contact phone number
and a duty support agent will get back to you as soon as possible.
We have also made it easy for you to contact us via your User Account on our website.
Log in and go to “Customer Support” in the bottom right of your ‘Account Home Page’ screen.
There you have the option of either using:–
“Support” to send a message directly to our support team with any issues or problems you may have.
or
“Feedback” to let us know where we have gone wrong on a transcript so we can put it right.
We have even set up a User Forum section where you can post questions, comments, hints and suggestions.
