As matter of policy we do not use cookies to gather or any store personal data.
Also no persistent cookies are set during your visits to morningpapers.com.

The morningpapers.com website has two areas:–
The public website, and a secure area for our customers' accounts and which meets international banking standards.

When customers credit their accounts with morningpapers on-line, their transaction details are managed and stored by our payment partners SecPay and our bank, HSBC.
At no time during a transaction does morningpapers have sight of or store any financial information.

In our business:
We only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the UK’s Data Protection Act 1998).
We do however contact our customers to advise them of service developments, and the status of accounts.
We DO NOT sell our customer information to third parties.

Our transcriptionists:
Customer dictations are transcribed in environments that meet or exceed the USA’s HIPPA rules, the de–facto standard for protecting personal medical information.

Amongst other criteria, this means that morningpapers transcriptionists do not have
printers, recordable & removable disc drives, or open internet connections.

When our transcriptionists listen to our customers' dictation, they do not download the recording: they play it back from secure servers in the UK. Our customers' dictation files never leave the UK.
