If you are using the telephone and are cut off or interrupted by another call before you have finished dictating,
– don’t panic, we never delete unfinished recordings!

To finish dictating and send it for typing, simply log in again and pick up where you left off.  When you’re finished, press 0 to send it for typing.

Your work is now back in the system.

It’s your document – and nobody else’s.

When you Register as a morningpapers user, you will set up a User ID and password which enables you to access your Secure User Account area on our website.

This is where you will be able to manage your account details, upload pre–recorded audio files for transcription, download your completed transcripts and make on–line payments as a Pay–As–You–Go user.

You will also be issued with a unique PIN number which permits you to access our telephone dictation system.

Nobody can intercept or eavesdrop.

Your voice file travels the same secure path as sensitive material dictated by thousands of doctors in the USA and employees of major insurance companies in the UK, with Server security and backup arrangements matching those used by financial and defence organizations around the world.
