We don’t load any software to your phone or recorder, nor do we use voice recognition software to type your speech.

Find your own style. If you stipulate every comma and colon, of course we’ll do as you ask. If not, our teams are very good at picking up the rhythms of your speech and converting them into well–punctuated sentences and paragraphs.

Unlike voice–recognition software, our system lets you say “please type our product name in bold every time it comes up” or “there will be five or six items on this list and I’d like them set out as bullet points”.

If you work in a specialist industry, your dictation will be given to a team that’s familiar with the terminology and jargon.
