When you go to download a paper you will see ‘traffic light feedback’ – for both sound quality and dictation quality. You’ll see…

Green = crystal clear, thank you.
or
Amber = we hear everything clearly but there are one or two gaps; please check your paper.
or
Red = oops, we really couldn't hear you; there are gaps in your paper.

If your dictation receives two Red ratings, then our typists couldn’t hear enough to make sense of the dictation.
If you dictate it again, we will re–type it for you – at no charge.

You may also receive a short note from your transcription team.
Please help us to deliver the papers you expect by using the Feedback link to tell us what errors were made.
All customer feedback is recorded in your individual customer file/dictionary so that we avoid making those same errors again.
