Accuracy.
Our transcription teams are committed to 98.5% accuracy. This figure is arrived at by counting errors of varying gravity over a given number of keystrokes. Nobody in the industry aims for 100% perfection: it simply isn't realistic – although, very often, we do achieve it.
98.5% should make you very happy with the result.

Delivery Time
We offer a range of service levels:
With our Standard Overnight Service – If you meet the midnight deadline for sending in your dictation, your papers will be available for collection at 8 am the day after. Now is that not service?
Express Plus (by special arrangement) offers a 2 hour turnround if needed.
Express offers a 4 hour turnround.
2 Day offers a 2 day turnround.
5 Day offers a 4 day turnround.

Very occasionally, a technical problem might make your papers late. If you feel the service has let you down, contact us and we will arrange a refund.
