- This paper isn’t accurate – what should I do?
We almost always know if a piece of work has gone wrong, and we flag it up when we deliver it.
If you need an accurate version immediately, it is best to correct the errors yourself as we may not be able to correct it
immediately.
If you can allow us the time, we will try again.
If the sound quality was very poor, please re–dictate the paper: we will type it again at no charge.
In either case, email us immediately with the details – or use the Feedback form in your account area.
We will listen to your dictation again and compare it with the feedback you have supplied and the paper we sent you.
We will then make any corrections needed and make a note for the next time if there were issues relating to terminology, industry
phrases or jargon that we didn't understand.
